Vertiv has announced the appointment of Anand Sanghi as president in the Americas region, effective July 1, 2023. He was appointed as president, Australia, New Zealand, South­east Asia and India, in 2021, and will continue in this role until the end of June 2023. Sanghi joined Vertiv’s forerunner, Emerson, in 1994 and has held senior Asia-Pacific leadership po­sitions at Vertiv since 2017. Meanwhile, Giordano Albe­rtazzi, CEO and current president, Americas, will step down from his role as president. He will remain the CEO and director on the company’s board.
