Bharti Airtel has appointed Vani Venkatesh as CEO of its retail business. She takes over from Rohit Malhotra. In her new role, Venkatesh will be responsible for driving Bharti Airtel’s retail strategy to deliver a seamless customer experience across the company’s various retail touch points. Prior to this, Venkatesh worked with Abbott Healthcare. She has in the past also worked with companies like McKinsey and Company, and Hindustan Unilever.
