Surkcell, Turkey’s largest mobile operator by subscribers, is seeking a $750 million loan to help fund the expansion of its infrastructure in the domestic market as well as finance a bid for Macedonian operator Cosmofon. The loan will be guaranteed by the assets of group companies.
