With the aim of expanding its reach, Tata Teleservices Limited is looking to tap the business opportunities offered by the small and medium enterprise segment in Andhra Pradesh.

According to the company, the small and medium enterprise segment in India is expected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 10 per cent from 2013-14 to 2017-18. Andhra Pradesh is expected to contribute significantly to this.

Therefore, to tap this space, the telecom major has adopted a three-pronged strategy to enhance its presence in the state. This, as per company officials, entails ramp a segmented approach and includes offering tailor made solutions, expanding its reach geographically and improving its customer service support infrastructure.
