Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) plans to invest over Rs 1 billion every year in developing and marketing solutions for small and medium businesses.

According to A.G. Rao, executive president, enterprise business and technology, TTSL, the operator has carved out a special business unit to sharpen their focus on this segment.

Currently, the operator has 20,000 small and medium business customers. Also, TTSL plans to collaborate with handset makers and tablet manufacturers to offer this segment customised handheld devices.
