TTSL is planning to interconnect with RCOM’s new ILD network in order to route its global traffic. According to sources, TTSL has sought DoT’s approval for starting commercial operations over RCOM’s network. TTSL’s move will increase RCOM’s traffic carriage from 4.5 billion international minutes to over 12 billion international minutes.
