Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has posted its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The operator has reported a six per cent year-on-year revenue growth for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. For the quarter under review, TTML?s revenues stood at Rs 7.11 billion, compared to Rs 6.67 billion for the corresponding quarter in 2012. For the quarter ended December 31, 2013, the operator?s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation stood at Rs 1.48 billion.
For the period under review, the company launched the Photon Max Wi-Fi facility for users. Using the device, subscribers can create a Wi-Fi zone and connect up to five devices simultaneously. The operator has also enhanced its network reach and coverage both through organic expansion as well as through partnerships with other operators. TTML has enhanced its network coverage by an additional 1,500 GSM cell sites and by providing services to an additional 900 towns.
