Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited (TTML) has reported narrowing of its losses to Rs 3.14 billion for the quarter ended September 2021. Its losses stood at Rs 3.41 billion during the quarter ended September 2020.

Further, the company’s total income for the second quarter (Q2) ended September 2021 stood at Rs 2.71 billion, witnessing a YoY growth of 4.6 per cent.

Following the government’s announcement of reform and relief measures for telecom service providers, TTML had opted for deferment of the adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues by four years. However, the company is yet to decide on converting the interest amount in equity.

During the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021, TTML continued to recognise interest on AGR obligations.
