TRAI not to take any action against cellular operators for failing to check the increased congestion at the points of interconnect

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has decided not to take any action against cellular operators for failing to check the increased congestion at the points of interconnect (PoIs) till the matter is decided by the Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal.
