The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper titled “Data Communication Services Between Aircraft and Ground Stations Provided by Organisations Other Than Airports Authority of India (AAI)”. The consultation paper was released on December 10, 2022, and the last date for receiving comments from stakeholders was fixed as January 9, 2023, while that for counter comments was January 23, 2023.
Keeping in view the requests of the industry association for an extension of time for submission of comments, TRAI has now extended the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments up to January 23, 2023, and February 6, 2023, respectively.
