TRAI extends last date to receive comments and counter-comments on the consultation paper on the “Terms and Conditions of Network Authorisations to be Granted Under the Telecommunications Act, 2023”

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the last dates for submission of written comments and counter comments for the consultation paper on the “Terms and Conditions of Network Authorisations to be Granted Under the Telecommunications Act, 2023”.

The consultation paper was released on October 22, 2024. The last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper from stakeholders was fixed as November 12, 2024 and for counter comments as November 19, 2024.

However, keeping in view the requests of a few stakeholders for an extension of time for submission of comments, TRAI has decided to extend the last dates for submission of written comments and counter comments up to November 19, 2024 and November 26, 2024.
