The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submitting comments and counter comments on its consultation paper on ‘Definition of International Traffic.
The regulator released the consultation paper on May 2, 2023. The last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper from stakeholders was fixed as May 30, 2023, and for counter comments as June 13, 2023.
Keeping in view the request of the industry associations for an extension of time for submission of comments, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments up to June 20, 2023, and July 4, 2023, respectively.
