The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submission of comments and counter comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper titled ‘Review of Terms and Condition of Public Mobile Radio Trunking Services (PMRTS) and Captive Mobile Radio Trunking Services (CMRTS) Licences.’
The consultation paper was released on August 29, 2023 and the last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper was fixed as September 26, 2023, and for counter comments as October 10, 2023.
However, keeping in view the request of stakeholders for an extension of time for submission of comments, the TRAI has decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments up to October 24, 2023 and November 7, 2023, respectively.
As per TRAI, no further requests for extension would be considered.
