The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submission of comments and counter comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper titled ‘Regulation on Rating Framework for Digital Connectivity in Buildings or Area’.
The consultation paper was released on September 27, 2023, and the last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper was fixed as November 10, 2023, and for counter comments as November 24, 2023. However, on the request of stakeholders, the last date for submission of comments and counter comments was extended up to December 8, 2023 and December 22, 2023, respectively.
Now, keeping in view the request from stakeholders for further extension of time for submission of comments, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of comments and counter comments up to January 5, 2024, and January 19, 2024. As per TRAI, no request for further extension of timelines will be considered.
