The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submission of comments and counter comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper titled “Digital Transformation through 5G Ecosystem.”
The consultation paper was released on September 29, 2023. Initially, the last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper was fixed as October 30, 2023, and for counter comments as November 13, 2023. However, on the request of stakeholders, the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments was extended up to November 27, 2023 and December 11, 2023 respectively.
Now, keeping in view the request of stakeholders for further extension of time for submission of comments due to difficulty in collating the essential information from the respective teams, the TRAI has decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments up to December 26, 2023 and January 8, 2024 respectively.
