The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for receiving the written comments and counter comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper titled ‘Telecommunication Infrastructure Sharing, Spectrum Sharing, and Spectrum Leasing’.
The regulator had released the consultation paper on January 13, 2023. The last date for receiving written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper from stakeholders was fixed as February 10, 2023 and for counter comments as February 24, 2023. Keeping in view the requests of stakeholders for extension of time for submission of comments, TRAI has decided to extend the last date for submission of written comments and counter comments up to March 3, 2023 and March 17, 2023, respectively.
