The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has decided to drop proceedings against Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) in the priority plan matter.
The move comes after VIL withdrew contentious claims on faster speed and modified its RedX plan offering.
To this end, the operator discontinued earlier RedX plan and filed a revised tariff RedX plan with the sector regulator without the claim of priority 4G network feature with faster speed.
