Tikona Digital Networks has acquired a 100 percent stake in HCL Infinet, the data services arm of HCL, by way of purchase of equity. The new entity will now be known as Tikona Infinet (TI).
The new entity, Tikona Infinet, combines the network assets, organisational capabilities and customer base of Tikona Digital Networks and the erstwhile HCL Infinet.
Moreover, Tikona Digital Networks? BWA licences in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh would enable Tikona Infinet to potentially offer on-demand mobile/wireless data solutions to enterprises anywhere in these states shortly.
