The value of Indonesia’s cellular telecommunications business is projected to reach $5 billion this year. The prediction is based on a continued increase in the number of subscribers and does not include sales of fixed wireless access (FWA). Reportedly, there are 53 million active phone numbers held by cellular phone subscribers in the country at present.
