The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has issued a stay order on DoT’s decision to increase spectrum charges for mobile operators.

The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has issued a stay order on DoT’s decision to increase spectrum charges for mobile operators. The move came after Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Essar and Idea Cellular filed a petition against DoT’s decision. DoT had proposed to increase the spectrum usage charges by a percentage point with effect from April 1, 2010.
