In continuation of the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam limited (MTNL)-Tata Communications issue, the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has requested MTNL to submit documents highlighting the ISD rates it charges customers, say news reports.
However, the tribunal has said that the operator needn?t submit the document based on which it paid interconnection usage charges (IUC) to Tata Communications.
The dispute between the two companies is reportedly owing to the payment of IUC for the period between May 2005 and May 2008.
