The Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) has increased its stake in Bharti Airtel by 0.013 per cent after acquiring shares worth Rs 131.7 million through an open market transaction. Prior to the acquisition, LIC had 4.998 per cent holding in the company, which has now increased to 5.011 per cent.
