The Essar Group and Spice Telecom have outlined plans for their mobile retail forays. While Essar will invest Rs 11.25-Rs 13.5 billion in its telecom retail venture over the next three years, Spice will invest Rs 5 billion. Essar and Spice plan to set up 2,500 and 500 (Spice) mobile store outlets.
