The Delhi High Court has extended its interim stay on BSNL’s 45.5 million GSM line contract till February 12. As per Additional Solicitor-General Gopal Subramanium, who is appearing for BSNL, 40 per cent of the total order should be cleared by the court. The Motorola counsel, however, rejected this.
