The China Unicom Group has launched a 3G mobile phone service in Macau. Based on CDMA2000 standards, the service featureshigh speed data transmissions that allow users to watch videos, play 3D games, and conduct video conferences. The SIM cards provided under the service contain two phone numbers, one for mainland China and one for Macau, thereby cutting down on expensive international roaming fees for customers who travel to the mainland.
