
Thailand-based CAT Telecom has agreed to sell its 32 per cent stake in internet service provider (ISP) Jasmine Internet (JiNet) to Jasmine International, in a deal worth THB5.8 million.
Jasmine International already holds about 65 per cent stake in the ISP. The move follows CAT’s sale of 32 per cent stake in KSC Commercial Internet, another Thailand-based ISP, to the latter’s major stakeholder, True Corporation which earlier owned 66.4 per cent stake on CAT is aiming to dispose of its minority stakes in around 10 other ISPs.
