Terravista Developers, Adani Group’s company, has acquired leasehold rights for land from Finolex Industries for Rs 4.71 billion. The land spans over 25 acres in Pune’s Haveli locality, Pimpri industrial zone.
The alliance aims to build a data centre on this land. It also aims to develop 1 gigawatt (GW) of data centre capacity over the next decade.
