
Italian mobile operator Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) has reported revenues of 6.24 billion euro ($7.75 billion) for its mobile business during the first half of 2005, a 10.6 per cent increase from 5.65 billion euro in the same period last year. TIM reported a total of 44.3 million subscribers at the end of June 2005, of which 26.1 million were from its domestic operations. TIM Brazil reported a total of 16.8 million subscribers at the end of June, of which 12.6 million were GSM customers.
