Telecom infrastructure company Acme Tele Power has acquired Norway-based telecom infrastructure provider Reime Network Implementation.

Telecom infrastructure company Acme Tele Power has acquired Norway-based telecom infrastructure provider Reime Network Implementation. The company is looking at other acquisitions and joint ventures in China and South America as well. Acme recently announced its plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in January 2008. It is also planning to invest $50 million to set up a new manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh.
