Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL), Bharti Airtel Limited and Tata Teleservices Limited have jointly filed a modification application in the Supreme Court (SC).
Through the application, the telcos have sought an extension of the January 23, 2020 deadline to pay adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues to the government. Further, the telcos may negotiate a payment schedule and seek waiver of penalties among others.
The matter is likely to be heard soon.
