According to chairman of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), telecom service providers are largely complying with the latest quality of service (QoS) norms as the regulatory framework continues to be tightened in line with the prescribed glide path.

As per the chairman, TRAI is actively monitoring service quality through a multi-pronged approach, including regular audits and performance reviews. Further, the regulator is taking proactive measures and continues to push telecom operators to optimise network performance and maintain service quality standards.
