The Telangana government has announced that it will soon come out with a new cybersecurity policy and digital security policy to ensure a good cybersecurity ecosystem. The government also plans to set up a Cyber Defence Centre.
In addition, the government virtually launched Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC), which integrates intelligence for proactive cybercrime prevention; Child Protection Unit (CPU), dedicated to combating online child exploitation and ensuring digital safety for children; and Security Operations Centre (SOC), a real-time threat monitoring and response centre for the state.
