Tejas Networks has elevated Arnob Roy as its managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 15, 2026.
The company’s board has approved his appointment for a term from April 15, 2026, to August 3, 2028, according to a regulatory filing.
Roy has been associated with the company as executive director and chief operating officer since March 19, 2019, and was reappointed to the role in March last year.
He succeeds Anand Athreya, the former MD and CEO, who stepped down due to personal reasons and was relieved of his duties on June 20, 2025.
