Tech Mahindra has appointed Milind Kulkarni as chief financial officer, say news reports.
Kulkarni has replaced Sonjoy Anand. Prior to taking over his current role, Kulkarni served as senior vice president of finance. He joined Tech Mahindra in 2002.
Meanwhile, the company has appointed Manoj Bhat as deputy chief financial officer. Bhat, who joined the company in 2006, was previously head of corporate planning (including mergers and acquisitions) and the company?s investor relations portfolio.
