Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) has paid a dividend of Rs 142 million to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) for the fiscal year (FY) 2022-23. The dividend cheque was presented to Neeraj Mittal, secretary, DoT by Sanjeev Kumar, chairman and managing director, TCIL.

TCIL has paid a total dividend of Rs 2.94 billion to the government till FY2022-23, on the government’s initial investment in equity of Rs 3 million. Further, Rs.160 million was infused during 2015-16.

In FY2022-23, TCIL has achieved a revenue growth of 25 per cent over the previous year with total standalone revenue and profit after tax of Rs 20.01 billion and Rs 355 million, respectively. TCIL is a mini-Ratna category-I company under the Ministry of Communications and the government holds 100 per cent of its share capital.
