Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL) has launched a new tariff plan called Pay Per Call for its prepaid CDMA subscribers. According to the plan, the subscribers need to pay a fixed charge of Re 1 for local calls and Rs 3 for STD calls to any mobile or landline network, irrespective of the duration of the call.
