Tata Power increases stake in Tata Communications to 2.48 per cent Tata Power, one of Tata Communications’ promoters, has hiked its stake in the latter from 0.9 per cent to 2.48 per cent. Tata Power has purchased Rs 1.95 billion worth of shares (4.5 million shares) through an open market transaction.
