TATA DOCOMO ventures into M2M segment with the launch of M2M vertical

TATA DOCOMO has launched machine-to-machine (M2M) vertical.

The operator will be offering services like fleet tracking, home surveillance, logistics support through the new vertical.

To begin with, the company will focus on introducing Smart Bus Tracker system for school bus fleets and surveillance system for homes and offices.

TATA DOCOMO plans to launch more verticals targeting the schools, healthcare, retail and other sectors in near future.
