TATA DOCOMO has introduced the cloud-based Hosted Campaign Manager platform for its enterprise customers to carry out telemarketing and collection processes.
Customers can access this platform via a web- based interface tool. This service will initially be available in Karnataka, Mumbai & Maharashtra, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh (West), Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kolkata and West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh (East) and Hyderabad.
Commenting on the launch of the service, Himanshu Khanna, head enterprise products, TATA DOCOMO, Enterprise Business, says “HCM is one such solution and a step towards cloud based services, which is the future in mobility and enterprise space. Companies are looking at smarter marketing techniques which will result in more target audience reach and higher frequency but at affordable costs.
