Tata DOCOMO has appointed Amitabh Bhatia as the consumer business unit (CBU) head of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle. Prior to this, Bhatia was head of the Gujarat circle at Tata Teleservices Limited. He has earlier worked with Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, Electrolux and RPG Cellular.
