MCX Stock Exchange has shifted its data centre and co-location services to Tata Communications from Financial Technologies and the movement includes the migration of co-location, front end and back end information systems. The new data centre at Tata Communications would allow reduction in costs and maintenance of world class service standards to the exchange house.
Feed vendors, depositories, clearing banks and custodians have also been connected to the new data centre. The connectivity testing of the exchange was completed on August 31, 2014.
