Tata Communications has signed a contract with Google to become an authorised partner for the latter?s cloud platform. Under the agreement, the new service of Google called the Google Cloud Interconnect will connect with Tata Communications? IZO Public platform to facilitate cloud computing used by enterprises.
Earlier, Tata Communications had partnered for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure for its IZO platform. The company launched IZO platform in 34 countries in October 2014. Further, it plans to expand the platform to 100 countries by 2016.
