Tata Communications has bagged a contract from Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) for deploying the latter’s call centre services. Under the agreement, Tata Communications will deploy its on-demand hosted contact centre services for all SSTL circlesacross the country on a pay-per-use model.
