Tata Communications has entered into a contract with Finland-based cargo handling solutions provider, Cargotec to provide wide area network (WAN) connectivity.
As part of the agreement, Tata Communications will offer connectivity to over 150 Cargotec sites globally through its fibre optic cable network. The WAN connectivity provided by Tata Communications will help Cargotec improve upon its productivity and operational efficiency by streamlining its supply chain operations.
Cargotec has operations in more than 50 countries across Europe, Asia, West Asia, Americas and Africa.
