Taiwan’s Chunghwa Telecom is planning to sell its 15 per cent stake in Siemens Telecommunication Systems to NSN for more than 300 million Taiwanese dollars. Chunghwa Telecom was a founding shareholder of Siemens Telecommunication Systems, which was established in 1973. According to sources, NSN is seeking to assume decisive control of all Siemens’ joint ventures across the globe.
