Dr Subramanian Swamy, president, the Janata Party, has provided the Special Court hearing the 2G case with documents that highlight P. Chidambaram, Minister of Home Affairs? alleged role in the case.

Swamy has asked the Court to indict Chidambaram as a co-accused in the case. Swamy has alleged that Chidambaram was in alliance with A. Raja, former Minister of Communications and IT, with regard to fixing the price of 2G spectrum.

Chidambaram was the Minister of Finance when 2G spectrum was allocated in 2008. Swamy has alleged that Chidambaram compromised with national security and was guilty of a criminal breach of trust.

Meanwhile, the Special Court has accepted Swamy?s evidence and has adjourned the case to January 21, 2012, when Swamy will argue on making Chidambaram a co-accused in the case.
