How have you been assisting your customers in the telecom industry?

How are you harnessing innovation in cable production standards?
Today, Svarn cables are meticulously manufactured at our facility sprawling over 17 acres in Palwal, Haryana. Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with cutting-edge machinery imported from around the world, guaranteeing high quality production and punctual deliveries. Our advanced equipment, including high speed extrusion lines, precision stranding machines and automatic coiling and packaging units, is bolstered by advanced total quality management systems.
We have recently introduced electron beam technology, a pioneering solution in the cable manufacturing industry. This specialised process enhances cross-linking and polymer modification for wire, cable and tubing products, providing unparalleled protection from the heat of short circuits and enhancing tensile strength, abrasion resistance, thermal resistance, flame propagation resistance, deformation resistance and cut-through resistance. Moreover, it extends the rated life of the cables to an impressive 25 years.

Leveraging our extensive sheet metal design and process expertise, along with advanced computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering simulation, Svarn delivers robust and versatile products.
