The Supreme Court (SC) is likely to hear the adjusted gross revenue (AGR) case today.
The hearing may also include government’s application that telcos be allowed to spread the payment of their dues over 20 years or less.
A three-judge bench led by Justice Arun Mishra, Justice S. Abdul Nazeer and Justice M.R. Shah is expected to hear the matter, as per the Supreme Court cause-list.
At its previous hearing on March 17, 2020, the Supreme Court had said the matter would be taken up in two weeks. However, the hearing got delayed due to Covid-19 outbreak.
