Suhora Technologies has been awarded seed funding by the Indian National Space Promotion and Authorization Centre (IN-SPACe), which serves as both a promoter and regulator of India’s space sector.

The company was selected for the IN-SPACe Seed fund grant-in-aid under the ‘Announcement of Opportunity for the Marine Sector using Space Technology’ initiative.

Suhora’s platform leverages satellite-based earth observation data to deliver near real-time insights critical for ocean monitoring, maritime security, and disaster response in coastal regions. Its artificial intelligence (AI) driven alert system detects dark ships, anomalies in the Automatic Identification System (AIS), and illicit maritime activities, enabling enhanced situational awareness and improved security monitoring.
