In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange, Subex has made available 3,300 employee stock option plans (ESOP) to its workforce at Rs 19.63 per option, say news reports.

The ESOPs have reportedly been given keeping in tandem with the terms and conditions, including vesting period and exercise period, under the Employee Stock Option Plan-2005 of the company and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
